I’m Stephane Boghossian.

Born in 🇧🇪, raised in 🇱🇧. I’m a Growth Product Manager, an HPI mind wired for building things fast — with heart and precision.

I specialize in early-stage startups. The messy 0→1 stuff where clarity doesn’t exist yet. That’s my zone — whether it's turning half-baked ideas into shipping products, or structuring growth engines from zero. I’m an extrovert, a protagonist, and someone who actually thrives in chaos. I’ve built, scaled, designed, and sold products across industries — AI, SaaS, luxury, and e-commerce — always with the same goal: make something people care about.

I am now at CNTXT AICNTXT AI, building the AI Hub for the MENA region within the UAE government. I have the chance to build amazing AI products spread across different spectrums:

I was working for LovableLovable, scaling the support and community infrastructure alongside contributing to the European ecosystem - Europe fastest startup reached $80M ARR in less than 6 month. I am still a very active contributor & power user.

In 2024,

I vouched to generate one idea daily, amassing a collection of 366 🦶🏼Ideas . This challenge aims to foster continuous discovery of innovations, enhance my skills, and maintain my creativity. I addressed genuine challenges faced daily by real people, including myself. I vouched myself to release 6 ideas in 2025 and I am keeping that challenge. So I continue to ship things for the sake of loving to build:

As I build stuffs, I also research and write a lot. So I decided to write 📙Thoughts continuously, some daily notes, articles worth reading, short movie scripts, and deepest truths that can shape the world.

For the past 10 years,

I’ve been a marketer, I was part of the BrainboardBrainboard team behind the #1 Terraform visual platform, built founded and sold ExJewel (acquired by Sotheby’s)ExJewel (acquired by Sotheby’s), think Shazam for diamonds. I led growth, product, or both at Fempo RevampFempo Revamp, Onepilot RevampOnepilot Revamp and Time2ScaleTime2Scale to help shape brands people trust. I also taught 120+ startups how to scale, and consulted for 30+ more. I’ve failed more times than I can count. And I’ll keep failing forward. Because if you’re not shipping, you’re not learning.

Oh, and I’m also about to be a dad 🧑🏻‍🍼. Which means building systems, legacies, and a life worth sharing matters more than ever. That’s probably the most exciting project of all.
