Proudly focuses on AI-driven leadership coaching integrating intellectual, emotional, and collective intelligence. This reflective coaching approach helps leaders engage with challenges and fosters bottom-up processes for operational efficiency.

Proudly is more about guiding startups to maximum operational efficiency (people development & people centric leadership being key parts of it of course). In other words Proudly is about using collective intelligence in service of performance. One illustration is helping the stratup get “efficient bottom-up processes” , e.g. one team member notices a recurrent problem, he initiates conversation with Proudly and after couple of questions from Proudly he understands how to act on this with the best of his skills. That part is similar to Wisq but Proudly also integrates an “escalation process” that will help involve the startup’s execs and/or the rest of the team =⇒ that way we use co-design, co-development…or a systemic approcah to getting efficiency.
