: each one of us is free to work when they want and how much they like.
We simply need to respect rules that protects the value we add to customers > a support request from one of Proudly's "users" must be answered within 12hrs. An internal team questions or request for support must be answered within 24hrs👉Authenticity : we express our feelings, opinions, disagreements
This comes with empathy and acceptating each of us as we are, without judgment. It serves our creativity and ability to step back.👉Support : we all are customers to each other.
As such, everyone of us can request active support from the team. This is part of our role.
