Biological carbon sequestration methods currently aren't scalable enough to meet global demands.

Reforestation and afforestation, waste biomass removal, and blue carbon projects, while all necessary, lack true scalability. Whether there are issues of planetary space, secondary markets, or verifiability & additionality, these are all secondary as a means of taking in carbon dioxide compared to Direct Air Capture.

DAC is way too expensive. These solutions cost $800-$1300/ton. Ouch. The best solution we have but the economics just don't work.

Our solution? Exponential growth and robots.

We are using a CRISPR-cas12a system to make a novel type of cyanobacteria - the same bacteria that ushered in the Great Oxidation Event - take in a lot of carbon dioxide.

Our corresponding robotic apparatus allows for high-throughput filtration and permanent storage.

Our spatial efficiency allows us to be as scalable as DAC while coming in at price that the market can actually self-sustain at.
