Your 5 senses are deeply triggered. Above that, your personal and professional matters get in the way, all mixed with life changing actions and beliefs you may have done along the day.

๐Ÿš€ Like billions of people everyday, I struggled with planning my life ahead of time. There are so much things going around that you forget the essentials, what and how you needed to change. So, take a deep breathe like I did at 27. Pausing a bit to understand your actions at a specific time of your life is the key to finding all the solutions to your problems for your future you. A better version of yourself!

With the help of many psychologists and far too many sociological books, I started to understand how people worked, how brain interacted with my body and most importantly, my priorities. So, I created Timelap to help YOU reflect on your current self and evolve to be a better version of yourself. Most importantly, be honest. Donโ€™t feel ashamed. Humans are not perfect so are you.
